“Menorah”, New Project 2014.
As the natural prosecution of the work “Crosses & Newspapers” the Artist wraps the symbols of other religions in the pages of the newspapers creating an intimate bond between the symbol and the entire mankind (represented by the content of the newspapers). Fancello in this way “humanizes” the icon and brings back the symbol in the place where it belongs to: in the middle of humans.
